Terms of Service

By accessing HexBid or placing a bid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. HexBid is a novelty/entertainment map game operated by HexBid (“HexBid”, “we”, “us”). Contact: dogoq.business@gmail.com.

Payments

Card payments are securely processed by Stripe. HexBid is the merchant of record for your purchase: Stripe processes the payment and provides receipts, and HexBid is responsible for the sale and any applicable taxes. HexBid never receives or stores your full card details. Your payment is also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.

Issues & refunds

• Your listing goes live as soon as your payment completes, so we generally don’t refund completed bids — but if something’s wrong, we want to help.
• If a payment succeeds but couldn’t be applied to your cell for a technical reason, we’ll refund it.
• Reach us any time at dogoq.business@gmail.com — please contact us before opening a dispute so we can make it right.

Your content and conduct

• You represent that you own or are authorized to use the brand name, logo, and link you submit, and that they infringe no third party’s rights.
• You must not submit content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, or that impersonates a person or brand you are not authorized to represent.
• You grant HexBid a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display the content you submit on the map and in related previews for as long as it is shown.
• We may remove, replace, or refuse any content that violates these Terms, and may block repeat offenders. To report infringing or impersonating content, see Copyright & Takedowns.

No endorsement

Displaying a brand’s logo on a cell reflects a paid bid only. It implies no endorsement, affiliation, or relationship between that brand and HexBid.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HexBid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for a change in your rank. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.

Changes & governing law

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; material changes take effect when posted here. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
